Lovie's is rooted in a deep desire to serve others compassionately. Our namesake, Linda "Lovie" Hicks, set a standard for generosity and empathy, taking proud strides to ensure those around her were cared for, nourishing their souls and empowering them to thrive. Located in the heart of Hotel Polaris, Doolies provides a unique ambience with model F-16s flying overhead, aviation-inspired décor, and traditional American bites. Test your flight skills on our state-of-the-art simulators or enjoy lawn games in the Colorado sunshine.
